Hello! My name is Soo, not Sue, and I am Little Miss Fitness. Welcome to my blog!
Five years ago, I was far from bearing the title Little Miss Fitness. I was 20 lbs heavier, enjoying Doritos, pizza rolls and Cherry Coke. Exercise was not a necessity, rather an “if I felt like it” pastime. As I entered my freshman year of college, I decided I needed to make a choice of whether or not I was gaining the “freshman 15.” With the encouragement of avid exercisers who cared about how they were treating their bodies, my attitude toward exercise and healthy living changed. I discovered exercise and eating was a lifestyle, not a hobby.
Here I am today, 20 lbs lighter and passionate about fueling our bodies God gave us with good things!
In the fall of 2010, my mother-in-law and I received our Personal Trainer Certifications from NETA. My mother-in-law, as known as P.K., is one of my inspirations for healthy eating and healthy living.
A healthy body and weight isn’t the same for everyone. Some people were made long and lean, while others were short with a bigger frame. Some people have a hard time losing five lbs while others are trying to gain a few. My passion is for us to enjoy and use our bodies to a their fullest potential. This starts with creating a healthy lifestyle.
